Typically it’s not recommended that you sleep in your contact lenses, regardless of the color or style. The biggest factor on whether or not it can damage your eyes is the quality and type of contact lenses.
If you are using premium contact lenses for vision correction, they are usually okay to occasionally sleep in under certain circumstances, but you should always check with your eye care specialist first. You may have sensitive eyes or another reason they would tell you to never do this.
If you are, or plan on buying theatrical contact lenses however, you should probably not sleep in them.
Theatrical and Halloween colored contact lenses are usually made just to wear for a few hours at a time before they are cleaned and your eyes are given some time to rest.
You should consult with the manufacturer or company you bought the pink contact lenses from to find out exactly what you can and can’t do with them.
